Joyce Roosz is a PMO leader in the Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Operations Engineering & Enablement Organization, where she has global responsibility for 4 Enterprise KPIs and leads Enterprise scope programs. Joyce has Program Management experience from her previous roles at Intel and has used those skills across the supply chain (consulting engagements, manufacturing, supplier/partner management, customer quality) and channel sales. Joyce strategically leads complex business process improvement initiatives that drive financial efficiency, solving problems with prevention and sustained performance by design. Joyce believes that high performing teams require a foundation  built on trust, transparency and alignment which delivers motivating results including innovation.
