Joyce Roosz is a PMO leader in the Operations Engineering & Enablement Organization, where she has global responsibility for 4 Enterprise KPIs and leads Enterprise scope programs such as Financial Claims Serialization. Joyce has Program Management experience from her previous roles at Intel and has used those skills across the supply chain (consulting engagements, manufacturing, supplier/partner management, customer quality) and channel sales. Joyce strategically leads complex business process improvement initiatives that drive financial efficiency, solving problems with prevention and sustained performance by design. Joyce believes that high performing teams require a foundation  built on trust, transparency and alignment which delivers motivating results including innovation.

Beyond tech, Joyce is a catalyst for diversity and is the creator of the HPE Diversity Startup Program, career advocacy leader for Women Empowered in Supply Chain where the transformative results were featured in Gartner as best in class. Joyce is married, a mother of 2 boys, and pursues an active lifestyle through Orangetheory Fitness, and hiking at National Parks.
